търговия на XETRA
УВАЖАЕМИ ДАМИ И ГОСПОДА,
С настоящото уведомяваме, че Шелли Груп АД ("Shelly Group" / "Дружеството") беше
уведомено днес, че акциите на Дружеството (борсов код: SLYG / ISIN: BG1100003166),
регистрирани в Prime Standard на Франкфуртската фондова борса ("акциите на Шелли"), ще бъдат
включени в търговията на XETRA от понеделник, 29 април 2024 г. По този начин Шелли Груп става
първото българско дружество, което ще се търгува в XETRA. С преминаването от специализираната
търговия на Франкфуртската фондова борса към изцяло електронния пазар за търговия XETRA
компанията очаква по-ликвидна търговия с акциите на Шелли и развитие на по-широка
инвеститорска база.
Kато designated sponsor ще действа Baader Bank AG.
От декември 2016 г. Дружеството е регистрирано на регулирания пазар на Българската
фондова борса в София, а от ноември 2021 г. има вторично листване на регулирания пазар (Prime
Standard) на Франкфуртската фондова борса.

2/ Regarding the new Vertical, the Module: They’re entering the smart appliance market with a new module to be sold to household brands, offering a robust alternative to Tuya’s current dominance. Brands will install Shelly module in their devices and those devices then will be connected to the internet, under Shelly infrastructure/technology. Shelly will have sales coming from this vertical latest in H2 this year. This is great news and something the market is not pricing at all, let´s dig more:
3/ Unlike Tuya (the sole current producer of these modules), Shelly’s module comes with an open API and a 10-year full-service support, including their own cloud service/ Shelly cloud (this is unprecedented), all included in one price - one payment. This is a game-changer for brands, as the only supplier offers no warranty besides a small amount, no open API, cloud is expensive, etc, they have no alternative, until now. The clients will have peace of mind with one single payment to Shelly. This is only from me but the type of brands that could be clients are of this sort: Electrolux, LG, and Whirlpool. What I know is that the interest from potential clients is too high.
4/ Management wants to start this new vertical with small orders to ensure quality and scalability. Dimitar was just returning from China discussing with potential and selected manufacturers. Here it is important to note that if Shelly experiences greater demand than what they can supply these brands will not be able to sell these products, so Shelly wants and must secure the supply chain and manufacturing partners before any major rump-up signing deals.
5/ Shelly’s approach could revolutionize the industry with their customer-friendly model and long-term support. As mentioned sales are expected to start latest by Q3-Q4 2024 and be meaningfully in 2025. Think about that the only supplier (Tuya) of this modules sells 150m modules per year, the market is big. Let´s see what Shelly can capture.
6/ The module segment is expected to have gross margins similar to the core products. Therefore, Shelly’s new venture is set to contribute significantly to their revenue and profits, marking a pivotal step towards becoming a full-fledged tech platform and technology provider in not the distant future. Again this is not priced at all at the current price, if this initiative fails Shelly keeps performing with the core business. Pure Optionality, but now this optionality is materializing and yet not having any value to it.
7/ Regarding geographic expansion: Dimitar is particularly excited about the UK and France. If market penetration there reaches levels similar to the DACH region, sales could multiply from what they currently are. The team is executing well so far, we will see. The US will have a local manager, which is excellent, and they are open to partnering with other brands there, as Shelly does not want to spend money on advertising. I inquired about any regions investors typically overlook, and Dimitar mentioned Asia, specifically Japan and Korea. Shelly already has sales there, but orders should significantly increase once some products receive specific certifications, so we need to keep an eye on that region as well!
8/ Shelly is developing a technology that will allow devices to connect over several kilometers, potentially openin gthe door for Shelly to enter the agriculture and farming industries. This innovation furthers their goal of becoming a platform and technology provider. In addition management is extremely excited about the new GEN 4 chip. Although they do not release any info on the chip, it’s hinted that this chip will offer unique capabilities not found in any current chip. It’s slated for release in 2025
END/ I don’t think the market realizes what Shelly is doing and cannot imagine what it is about to do. This company consistently surprises us in positive ways, and the optionality it possesses is enormous. We discussed much more, but these aspects are the most important ones I wanted to share with all of you who are interested in Shelly.
